One of my greatest fortunes over the course of my career was to have access to a broad and generous pool of Career Mentors and Coaches that understood how important it was to "pay it forward", taking their time and sharing their experiences of success (and failure) and advice with myself and others. About The Fish was created in 2014 with the goal of taking on the role that so many others generously assumed before me and share those experiences with other aspiring technology leaders.
